Changing habits is not easy and often we feel helpless and out of
control when confronted by pain or stress. We are dragged
along by the situation, unable to take responsibility
for ourselves. We may not be able to change our circumstances but
we can change the way we react to them by learning to ‘act’ differently.
By applying the principles of the Alexander Technique we can change. We become more conscious and aware. Movement
becomes effortless and light. We are more ‘present’ and experience a
spaciousness and quietness in ourselves.
